By using the krikya1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") website and mobile application, you (hereinafter referred to as the "user" or "member") are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all krikya1 services, products, bonuses, promotions, and account management. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time — notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect.

Krikya1 reserves the right to decline any registration, at any time and without cause. As part of account verification, you may be asked to submit a national ID, driving license, passport, or utility bill.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on krikya1. Every bet placed is considered a binding agreement.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, unless the match is cancelled or an error is acknowledged by an admin.
• Odds Change: The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes do not apply to already confirmed bets.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and may vary depending on the event.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. However, if an event is cancelled after it has begun, krikya1 will handle the situation according to its own rules.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting can change rapidly. krikya1 is not liable for bets rejected due to network delays.
• Suspicious Betting Patterns: krikya1 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Krikya1 offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more. Each sport may have its own specific rules, which will be noted on the relevant betting page. krikya1 reserves the right to void any bet in accordance with its Terms & Conditions.

Krikya1 supports multiple payment methods for users in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, bank processing delays may extend this to up to 30 minutes.
• Krikya1 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

All bonuses and promotional offers at krikya1 are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the terms and conditions applicable to that bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering (rollover) requirements. Typically, you must wager between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Minimum Odds: A minimum odds of 1.50 is required when placing bets with bonus funds.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Your next bonus will activate once the current one has been completed.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus Changes: krikya1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikya1 platform. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other automation tools.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other users.

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time. krikya1 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for specific reasons.

Account Closure by User:

• Account closure requests can be submitted by emailing support@krikya1.bet or via Live Chat.
• Any available balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• If bonus conditions are not fulfilled, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Account Closure by krikya1:

• If prohibited activity is detected.
• If the provision of false information is proven.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months).

Krikya1 believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide the following tools to support our users.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Bet Limit: You have the option to set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Session Limit: A session time limit can be set to control how long you spend on the platform at a stretch.

2. Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a detailed complaint by email. Customer support will respond within 48 hours.
3. Management Review: If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, the management team will escalate and review the matter.
4. Independent Dispute Resolution: At the final stage, disputes may be referred to an independent third party for resolution.

Keep records of all relevant transactions, bets, and account details during a dispute. Data stored in krikya1's system will be treated as the definitive record.

Krikya1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified through the following channels.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may close your account at any time.
